ARCs are here!

My first advance readers’ copy of The Swan Riders came today! I love getting ARCs. In fact, I usually tear up. Look, everyone, my words, all book-shaped! This is the moment when it seems real.

This is also the moment when it seems like it's too late for my publisher to change their minds. Too late now, suckers!

Those lucky enough to be heading for BEA and ALA -- yes, these ARCs will be featured at the Simon and Schuster booth in both places.

For the rest of us mere mortals, The Swan Riders will be out in hardcover September 20th. The new paperback of The Scorpion Rules with the cover that matches this look, will be out June 7.

ETA: The first review of my shiny beloved ARC is in. It is clearly a story that readers will devour. Did I mention I have a new puppy?
